Sri Sri Nrusinghnath Ayurved College and R.I. Nrusinghnath is one of the premier institution of Ayurveda in Western Odisha. It was established in 1981, being affiliated to Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar, Burla with an intake capacity of 30 students and was increased from 30 to 50 in the year 2011 & from 50 to 60 in the year 2019. The college and Hospital are recognized by NCISM and AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

With a long history of serving mankind the managing committee committed to extend the health care services to people of western odisha for which the foundation stone of this college was laid in year 1981in the foot of Gandhamardan hill. This is a non-profit organization for quality education in the field of Ayurveda and its vision is to provide health to all. We aim to improve the teaching and learning process and ultimately develop the institute and hospital as a Centre of Excellence.

By the grace of lord Nrusinghnath we are continuing our journey to prepare extremely qualified Doctors with full of textual as well as practical knowledge so that our students can serve the public with extra care and meet the basic health needs of the community.
